- Amen Brother!!!!!
-
- I started to deal with DICK (oops...I mean Dirk) in late November on an A3000.
- I sent the system to him UPS COD. It returned back to me. I found out he was
- in the process of moving (sound familiar??) and got his new address. I agreed
- to send the system FedEx COD Hold for Pickup to avoid delivery problems. The
- package sat at the FedEx office in Menlo Park, CA for a week. I called him to
- find out what the deal was. He said his "brother went to pick it up but it was
- returned." I promptly called FedEx to track the package. The package was
- still at the Menlo Park FedEx office. I called Dirk back to tell him FedEx
- still had the pacakge. He said he would pick it up the next day. Of course,
- he didn't....
-
- His final offer was to send a personal check the same day I would ship the
- package a third time. Sorry...fool me once, shame on him, fool me twice,
- shame on me. At least I'm only out the shipping !!!
-
- Moral of the story....Don't Deal With Dirk.
